Integrative, holistic prenatal care. We are here to answer your questions about pregnancy comfort, nutrition, and informed choices for labs and diagnostics. We provide labs, ultrasounds, and vital assessments, with careful attention to your family’s transitions and your unique spiritual, cultural, social, emotional, and physical needs. We assess and connect with your baby, supporting you to deepen your awareness and synergy along the way.

We support labor and birth at home, in a birth center, or in the hospital. Home birth can offer an empowering, low-intervention experience for low-risk families. We hold space for you and your baby to move with the energy of birth in the safety and intimacy of your own space. We bring the equipment and medications needed to respond to an urgent or emergency situation with skill, and we also attune to the subtler energies, using position changes, herbs, and tuning into the rhythms that may help labor progress so you and your baby feel fully held.

In the immediate postpartum period, we continue to assess your family’s transitions during the golden hours after birth. Before we leave you to bond with your newest family member, we make sure you are fed, your questions are answered, and baby is fully checked and you are both supported through the first feeding. We’ll be back the next day, and continue Post-partum visits across your 40-day journey. We offer full postpartum, well-baby, and lactation support in the comfort of your own home. Clients most value our culturally rooted approach to full healing, well-being, and recovery.
